Located in the Camdenton area off Highway 7 on the quiet side at the 41 mile marker of the main channel.  This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath waterfront home is perfect for you and your extended family.  Bring mom and dad and the kids.  Park your car in the drive and walk right in!

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the main floor.  One bedroom has a King bed and the other a Queen.  The 3rd bedroom is downstairs and has 2 Queen beds and located on the lake side of the home.  There are 2 nice bathrooms - one upstairs and one downstairs.

Upstairs you will also find the lakeside Living Room with TV, DVD Player and gas fireplace.  Living Room is open to the Kitchen and Dining Room.  You should find everything you need to feed the whole family including pots, pans, dish & dinnerware with a crock pot and a griddle!  

Downstairs is the Family Room with large flat screen TV, DVD Player, wifi, gas fireplace and slider to the deck leading to the yard and dock.  There is also a laundry room located downstairs.

Outside you will enjoy the gas grill, seating for 6  at the table and a conversation area for 4 under the covered deck.  There is also a 4 top table and chairs on the lower level.

Owners have left the 4 kayaks for your use, new wet steps on the dock along with table seating..  Dock has a covered 12 x 30 slip and plenty of room to tie another boat or your jet ski!

Great location as this is located near plenty of things to do and many restaurants on and off the water!
