The decks and pier are huge and provide lovely viewing. There is always something to look at! :) There is some grassy area helpful if you are bringing your dog like we did. Two states parks nearby and short walk to nightlife if that's your thing. This is on a nice cove. Overall very happy with our experience! Thanks so much!!" I had called the property manager prior to coming and they were very helpful and gave us all the info we needed to prepare for our trip. Close to restaurants and attractions. Home was comfortable with plenty of seating, however a bit small for 10 people (only 1 tub and 1 shower). Lisa - Your Lake Vacation "Great time! Great stay for our family of five adults over 4th of July week.. House was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Spent most of our time on the shady deck. A plus for us was the gates on the deck so our dog could be free to wander around. Watched fireworks from the dock and were not disappointed with the displays. We had to wipe everything down when we got there. The tap water smelled awful too. Like, terrible. Stunk up the entire house. And be careful when sitting in any of the dining/bar chairs, they're all pretty rickety." Anonymous RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT: "Thanks for your review. We are glad that you liked the location and the view. Concerning the cleaning, candle and water smell; If we have overlooked something we are available seven days a week to provide additional services including after hour emergencies. As a full service management company we have staff that can clean something that was overlooked, repair anything that breaks and replace light bulbs should they burn out. Guests are paying for those services so please take advantage of them when needed. Regarding the smell from the water, the homes in that subdivision are on a well and once in a while there is a sulfur odor from the water. It usually goes away if you run the faucet for a little bit, but we agree it can be annoying to the nose. There are times when we may overlook something when checking the unit prior to guest arrival. If that occurs we have all of our contact info posted on the refrigerator and we are only a phone call away, (we even answer after hours). We would appreciate you letting us know when you discover an item that isn’t right so that we can remedy the situation quickly and conveniently for you to help make your vacation a memorable one.
